Bowler Terms (Disclaimer/Libility Release)

Bowler and parent and guardian have read and accept the following terms: (1) Agrees that the athlete is in good physical condition and does not have any Injuries and Illness. The athlete and guardian agrees that, any injury or illness that may occur at the event, are not the liability of Lineup Tournaments and Events LLC. And agrees to hold Lineup Tournaments and Event LLC harmless of any such claim (2) Lineup Tournaments and Events LLC has permission to share student’s information provided during the registration process, with college coaches (3) Lineup Tournaments and Events LLC has the right to use photos and videos taken at the event for future marketing, which may consist of electronic and printed media. Any photos or video used is understood to be free and clear of any compensation or prior notification of use. (4) Accepts to receive correspondence from Lineup Tournaments and Event LLC and from sponsors of the event registered for.

Individual Event Refund Terms

• No refunds will be issued for this event after 8 calendar days prior to the day of the event.
• Refunds requests must be in writing and emailed prior to the 8th day before the event. Refund requests need to be emailed to [email protected]. Request must include:
o Date of Event
o Name of Event
o Name of the Athlete
• 3rd party processing fees are non-refundable
• Refunds requested prior the first 100 days after the date the athlete registered for an event, will be refunded electronically.
• Refunds requested after the first 100 days after the athlete the date the athlete registered for an event, will be refunded via check.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be refunded. (Most often they are much quicker, though)
